Our Client requiries a Senior QS to compliment their existing team.To be considered you must have held this position elsewhere and have a minimum of fifteen years experience. Based at the head office you will be required to travel to the various sites.Our Client are looking for some one with the desire to maintain and offer best practice at all times.You must hold a degree either HNC/HND in quality surveying or have a commercial degree in construction.A high level of expertise would be required. Communication is very important within this company and therefore you would have to demonstrate this at the interview stage.All the usual requirements of this role from collating information to drafting cost value reconcilisations and dealing with sub contractor disputes.
