Site Engineer

Site Engineer - Permanent - Cumbria Our client is a civil engineering specialist with offices throughout the UK. Due to an ongoing uplift in contracts awarded contracts we are now looking for a Site Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. Your first scheme will be based near Carlisle working on large earthworks and the construction of a reed bed to remediate contaminated water from a disused mine. The Role: Setting out using GPS Machine control using LSS Calculation of volumes Supervision of dimensional control Some site Management Liaison with Project Manager and Works Manager Health and Safety It is likely that you will have previous experience of working in similar earthworks projects with main contractors. This is a permanent position offering a good salary, car / car allowance as well as paid overtime.
