Gas Engineer Midlands based

The Multi Skilled Gas Engineer this is a mobile role covering a number of sites across Midlands areas some nights and early starts will be required this position offers a varied day to day work load. The successful candidate will be expected to visit sites as directed by the central help desk to carry out both Gas repairs, and general reactive works to the properties as well as assisting other technicians on more detailed fit out or complex works. The successful candidates must be a self starter and proactive in their approach to works always offering the best possible service to the client and presenting the company in the highest possible light. The successful candidate well be expected to be part if a call out rota attending sites for emergency reactive works. Job Responsibilities Reactive Gas works General repairs in and around the property of gas systems * logging jobs Recording completed works * Call out for Emergency Reactive works * On call of a rota basis as first point of call for emergency works Experience Required qualifications * CCN1 Domestic Gas Essential * COCN1 & TPCP1A Commercial an advantage but not essential JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: EXPERIENCE: Desirably able to demonstrate knowledge in the following: * Basic Plumbing & Electrical knowledge * Construction - knowledge of methods * Health & safety awareness * Salary range as stated depending on experience TBC at interview Call out for emergency reactive works * On Call of a rota basis as first point of call for emergency works £100 standby Salary to be discussed at interview depending on experience If you think this position is for you then please email your CV with a covering letter or call Lorraine on (phone number removed).
