Groundworks Foreman

We have an opportunity in Bath for a Groundworks / Civils Foreman / Ganger working for a well-established, national civil engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity as our client is prepared to offer a good run of work to manage a groundwork's package on a housing project. Previous experience as a Groundworks / Civils Foreman or Ganger is essential for this project. Responsibilities: * Reporting the Site Manager. * Working alongside the Senior Engineer. * Running small site teams to ensure safe progress on site * Directing men to work. Requirements: * CSCS card – Gold or Black Card * SSSTS or SMSTS desirable. * Previous experience within Civils, groundworks and deep drainage * Have worked for a Groundworks contractor previously Benefits: * Hourly rate in the region of £17 per hour. * Freelance opportunity with good chance of continuity of work. * Weekly pay. * Within commutable distance of Bath.
