Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50 million and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years. Purpose: * To carry out central heating installation work as part of a heating installation team, comprising of a gas engineer and plumber, under remote supervision. * To apply multi-skilling wherever possible e.g. plastering/tiling. * To discuss issues directly on site with customers to determine exact requirements. Key Responsibilities: * To carry out plumbing work in numerous locations each day with remote supervision. Locations of work are determined by workload and will vary daily. It will be necessary to travel using a company vehicle as required. * To work effectively in conjunction with other trades in order to ensure that work is carried out to the relevant standard with timescales while customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. Wherever possible, to apply multi-skilling, so that the job can be completed in one visit. * To discuss work related plumbing issues directly with customers on site with a professional and diplomatic approach in order to determine their exact requirements. Requirements * Time Served AND/OR NVQ Level 2 or equivalent * Multi-skilled experience * Full Current Driving Licence * Current CSCS Card * Due to nature of work and H&S RPE requirements, must be clean shaven
