Clerk of Works - Private Consultancy

Working on New Build Residential and Refurbishment schemes, you will be part of a growing team of Clerk of Works for this well-known consultancy. You will have the opportunity to cover the South East of England (Surrey, Sussex, Kent) working with like-minded professionals delivering a first-class service. About the Role Working closely with Building Contractors. Preparation of reports for contract administrators/project managers. Carrying out regular inspections of construction work and monitoring progress. Verifying compliance with contractual drawings, specifications, warranty standards and employer’s requirements. Identify discrepancies and prepare written reports with supporting photographs on weekly intervals. Organise snagging and ‘end of defects’ inspections with the client in attendance. What experience and Qualifications do I require CSCS Card Holder Ideally, you will be MICWCI Have extensive experience in New Build Residential and Refurbishment of Residential property experience. MCIOB is Desirable Previous Consultancy or Private Sector experience is essential What can I expect in return ?
