Senior Project Engineer / M&E Consultant – Manchester – Commercial Fit-out Our client is a very well respected Commercial Fit-Out Contractor who specialise in the construction of High End Office Space for Private Clients & major contractors.. Typical works range from £2m - £6M and involve complex Mechanical & Electrical Systems With a number of projects underway, and future works signed off they are now looking to strengthen the management team in the Manchester office with the addition of a: Senior Project Engineer (M&E / Mechanical Electrical) High End Commercial Projects The role will involve the management of a variety of projects throughout the North West and we are looking for Managers who have a proven track record in running M&E Packages up and over the £2M mark. Ideally you experience will lie with a Main Contractor or Large M&E Subcontractor. Above all we are looking to speak with people with a sound work ethic and a stable. A significant part of the role will be pre-construction and involve working closely with clients to develop modern M&E solutions to their projects. This client has a reputation for attracting and retaining some of the best M&E Project Managers / Consultants in the industry. They achieve this with a combination of excellent salary packages and an extensive training and development programme.
