This North West based contractor, currently a number of high profile projects underway in and around Lancashire they are now looking to strengthen their Estimating Department with the addition of an Assistant Estimator. This contractor has an interesting and diverse work load including, Social Housing Refurbishment : New Build Schools :Refurbishment of Law Courts : Hospital Refurbishments : New Build affordable Housing and Listed Building Refurbishments. Our client realises that the way to attract the best Estimators in the industry is to offer a combination of the best training, the best packages and the best working environments. Typical Packages include : Basic salary is dependent on experience, but typically c£22K - £30K Car / Allowance Pension Bonuses for projects completed in time and on budget Extensive training career development Fast-track promotion for the right people. Ideal Candidates: You will have a proven track record in Estimating with a well respected regional or national contractor. Projects under your control will range from £250K - £2m so it is essential that you comfortable with tenders of this size.
