Quantity Surveyor – Regional Contractor – Preston The Company: Our client has been in business for over 50 years and with a £60M turnover they are well respected throughout the Region Due to steady growth the Preston Head Office they are now looking to strengthen their Commercial Department with the addition of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor The Candidates: Your background should be with Top 100 contractors or well respected Regional Contractors and you must be able to show employer loyalty. Your background should be focused in Main Contractor New Build & Refurbishment projects. Candidates with experience of, School / College / University Projects, Health Projects, Commercial New Build Project and Industrial New Build Projects are of particular interest. You will be able to demonstrate direct experience of different project values and different contract forms which need to include; management forms, 2 stage & single stage Design & Build, and Traditional forms of Contract. Projects will typically range from £500K - £8M and you can expect to be involved with an interesting & varied workload .
