Job Description

My client are looking for a multiple site running Contracts Manager to operate on projects they have based within London, M25 and the Home Counties. The position is live due to an existing Contracts Manager within the group moving to a different part of the business so there is a need for a Contracts Manager to join the existing team.

Key Skills - you will be managing circa 3 project at anyone time and be in charge of programme, design, client management and overall delivery. All sites are set up with a Site / Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor & Design Manager.

Projects my client operate within are residential, commercial and mixed use residential with possible opportunities coming up within healthcare / education. The current turnover of the business is circa £50 million.

The client is looking to pay up a competitive basic salary plus benefits package including company car / car allowance, healthcare, pension, paid business travel and discretionary bonus.
