Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client has a long heritage in the construction and renovation of high quality residential mansions and luxurious buildings across Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and surrounding counties. The projects are technically challenging but exceptionally interesting and varied. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has recently graduated with a degree or Masters OR someone with a couple of years experience post graduating. You will support a Senior Surveyor in delivering the commercial functions of projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering professional commercial duties on multiple projects with a view to growing your responsibility in the team. Person specification * Degree or Masters qualified ideally within Quantity Surveying or a Commercial discipline * Minimum of one year post qualification experience * UK construction experience ideally with a Residential Developer or Main Contractor * Professional and Self-Motivated * Excellent IT skills * Good team player with a positive attitude to develop their career * Driving Licence Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to flourish within Surveying and be hands on from the start.
