French Speaking Senior QS

A new opportunity for a French speaking Senior QS has arisen in London, one of my clients has won a large hotel development in Paris and is looking for someone to take the lead on this exciting project that will no doubt bring in more work for years to come, the role is London/home based although you would be permitted to travel to Paris at least once a month for site visits etc. You would be reporting directly to one of the equity Partners and would have full autonomy over the project. The Company My client, a medium sized consultancy based in central London with a head count of around 70 split between QS and PM wins large projects due to the nature of the Partners contacts, they tend to work in most commercial sectors. As a company, they are very diverse with the employees they have and certainly have a great understanding of work life balance, promoting working from home before the lockdown started. As professional as they are they still like to have fun, I know the ping-pong table they have in the office is always in use over lunchtime, they truly are a very well rounded company have a family style culture. The Person Must be able to speak fluent French Ideally Be MRICS Ideally have minimum 5 years PQS experience Good client facing skills The Package + Benefits Basic Salary: Up to £65,000 Car Allowance Up to £7,000 Bonus: 10% Discretionary Bonus Professional Fees Paid Pension: Up to 5% matched employer contribution Holiday Entitlement: 27 days + Bank Holidays What's next Does this role sound like you?
