Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager - Infrastructure/Highways/Bridges - Civil Engineering - £60-70k Unite People Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a large Civil Engineering Contractor for a major Infrastructure scheme in Yorkshire. My client is looking for an individual with a background in Civil Engineering and experience of leading a project commercially on schemes over the value of £20m. The Role Management of Commercial team of around five Quantity Surveyors Produce monthly CVR's and present to the senior leadership team Produce and compile accurate forecasts/reports to the client whilst continually building client relationship Maximise cash flow via control, measurement and valuation of work Ensure contract deliverables and timescales are met commercially Report directly to the area commercial managerRequirements Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying Experience of managing a team of Quantity Surveyors / Commercial staff Extensive experience of working with NEC forms of contract Experience of running their own Project Previous experience in a Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor role
