Recycling Site Operatives * Immediate start * Guildford Pay rate £8.72 per hour Monday to Friday Sat/Sun £10-£12 per hour Hours: 9am-6pm As a recycling operative you will work as part of a team to assist with the running of a busy household waste recycling centre. For the right people, these temporary contracts can lead to securing regular employment. Initially full time hours 9am-6pm to commence 11th May 2020 for a period of 3 weeks .. hours will then be confirmed for this role Key Duties & Responsibilities: · Maintain a tidy site · Directing on-site · Advising members of the public where on site to recycle their unwanted goods and rubbish, whilst adhering to social distancing procedures · Some aspects of moving heavy, electrical, household items. · Cleaning and wiping down hand rails after use · Essential Skills/ Experience: * The ability to work weekends on a regular basis * A strong team player * The skill to build good working relationships * Reliable and excellent timekeeper * Hardworking Some of these positions will require candidates to undergo security vetting.
