Estimating and Sales Manager

Estimating and Sales Manager London £45,000 - £60,000 plus package A growing Passive Fire and Smoke Protection company are looking to recruit an Estimating and Sales Manager to expand their team within Central London. The role will be responsible for Estimating and Sales, whilst also managing and growing a small team. Responsibilities: * Managing a team of 5 people - 2 sales, 1 estimator, 1 lead generator and 1 sales admin * Estimating and tenders * Bid writing * Pre-qualification questionnaires * Contract reviews * Strategy and business plans – Supporting the MD * Setting targets * Reporting * Pipeline Management Experience * Good experience within the construction industry – ideally within fire protection, building fabrics or working for a sub-contractor * Strong technical construction understanding * Estimating, tendering, negotiating and sales experience for a contractor or sub-contractor * Bid writing experience * Excellent communication skills * IT competent Location The role will be based from the office in Central London, with travel around London to meet clients or visit sites as and when required.
