Senior Site Manager

We have an exciting oportunity to join a national housebuilder on a large new development in Wellingborough. They are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager. Currently at remedial works stage our client are looking to recruit a Manager to take this project from groundworks to completion. Some of your responsibilities: * Ensure all health & safety/ISO procedures are followed * To work closely with subcontractors and maintain quality control * To work closely with all members of the site delivery team and proactively drive communication and problem-solving. * To organise & control the construction of development in accordance with the specification provided. * To establish good working relationships with utility companies to ensure timely connections * Prepare material take offs and schedule deliveries * Work closely with the supply chain to adhere to all the site-wide rules that are implemented. * Handover completed scheme to client on time, to agreed quality standard and budget You must have: * Minimum 7 years Management experience working within Residential New Build Sector * 2 years running projects of over 70 units as No1 on site. * Experience running projects from inception to completion * SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid
