MIG WELDER - TRAINEE / SKILLED OPERATIVE- Immediate start An opportunity has opened up in the Fabrication Area for an enthusiastic, hard working, reliable candidate to join a dynamic team. We are recruiting for a Temporary to Permanent MIG WELDER - TRAINEE. Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19 they are particularly busy, which is refreshing in a period of uncertainty. We are looking for a candidate who can be flexible in their approach to the business and a willingness to work within other areas of the business when necessary. All required training 'on the job' training in the fabrication will be provided both internally & externally to allow the successful candidate to progress their desired skills and qualities. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and willing to learn, and who possess: * Ability to work in and adhere to Health and Safety procedures and work instructions * Ability to read technical drawings * Ability to read a tape measure - Measure and cut work pieces * Experienced in Mild Steel MIG Welding techniques - Assess weld strength and quality * Ability to troubleshoot welding issues If you are looking for a temporary potentially leading to permanent position at a global organisation, this is the job for you.
