MIG WELDER (MILD STEEL) Salary: Competitive Salary +Annual Bonus+ Excellent Benefits + Prospects +Overtime/Fantastic Pension Scheme Permanent , Full- Time Due to continuous growth we are currently looking to recruit proficient MIG welders to work for a leading manufacturer in Scarborough area. The positions are workshop based, working in a team and on your own initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company known for their high staff retention, good working environment and competitive rates of pay. THE ROLE: The job will include working from technical drawings , preparing, laying out, cutting and fabricating the metal components and Welding components in different position. The successful candidate would be responsible for operating a robotic welder; training will be given. A knowledge of industry safety practices, working to fine limit and working with mild steel is desirable. SKILLS /EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Excellent MIG welding skills, experience in welding mild steel is essential * At least 3 years' experience working with mild steel * Able to read architect and engineers drawings * Able to fabricate to a high standard with minimal supervision * Quality checking * Confident, reliable team player, flexible * A weld test will take place prior to offered employment. * Hardworking and motivated WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
