Financial Controller - A growing business - SME Milton Keynes - ACCA,ACA or CIMA Salary up to £55,000 + 15% pension and 25 days holiday Due to growth and the vision of a dynamic CEO this organisation is moving forward to respond to customer demand and move to new sectors for growth and Worldwide supply With offices throughout the World, this business has a compact but capable team which requires line leadership and mentoring whilst the business grows. This is a new role - and this achievement lead team requires a new FC assist in taking the business forward The role includes:- Financial and Management Accounting Production of monthly management accounts, budgets and variances P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Management of Accounts team Productivity and Pricing Reviews Business Partnering with non finance colleagues Year end Accounts, Tax Audits VAT Managing Accounts of overseas business Cashflow Modelling This is certainly an exciting time to join this SME - this could be your first role as a Financial Controller, but people management skills are essential and the ability to see and provide a solution, not a problem.
