Job Description
The ideal candidates should have a proven track record of managing and delivering quantity surveying services from inception to completion on construction projects, in a client facing as well as technical role. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to control and monitor a variety of projects concurrently, along with experience of managing significant capital expenditure budgets.
About You
Degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience within a professional consultancy firm.
Qualified or working towards MRICS.
Experience/Skills Required
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
Be a good communicator (written and verbal) who interacts well with Clients and other Consultants
Ability and desire to mentor others
Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility
