You’ll get the opportunity to work under the tutelage of an experienced Commercial Manager benefitting from their extensive knowledge and experience. THE ROLE As the new senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be in good company working together in conjunction with the Commercial Manager undertaking change requests, running compensation events, producing monthly CVR reports, as well as the application and administration of all contracts. Training will always be on offer throughout your career with this company so rest assure you will always be given the knowledge and development to meet your personal goals. You will be working on a £5m+ highways project, which will include a new road, junction improvements, roundabout works, drainage etc. THE REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role you will have 3 - 5 years experience as Quantity Surveyor. Working directly with a contractor (ideally in a highways setting although I will consider civils/groundworks experience) backed up with NEC forms of contract is essential. Experience of running a small team of commercial staff would be an advantage.
