LEADINg MAIN CONTRACTOR - SENIOR SITE MANAGER We are currently working with one of the East Midlands leading and award winning main contractors to recruit a Senior Site Manager to join their project delivery team. Our client is a very well established "go to" business with diverse project portfolio. Operating nationally, you will be responsible for the management of new build schemes across a range of sectors with values between 1m to 15m in value. Role Due to an ongoing increase in workload, our client is looking to make a strategic appointment by recruiting a "top of the range" Senior Site Manager to deliver schemes across the UK. Ideally residing in the East Midlands, you will be responsible for leading and delivering some of the more complex and challenging projects for the business. You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record or operating as No1 on site. Our client operates nationally, so a willingness to travel and lodge will be a prerequisite to be the right person for the role. To be the right fit you will need to have a proven track record of delivering projects as a Site or Senior Site Manager, running projects from groundworks to handover for either regional or national main contractors You will also be able to demonstrate an excellent health and safety record with an ability to communicate at all levels. This is a permanent appointment and salary/ benefits will be above market rate as they are looking to attract a leading professional Senior Site Manager to the business.
