Senior Planner - Major Hotel Project

Senior Planner - Large Hotel Project This leading construction company is involved in a large new build hotel project in Sussex and they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Planner to work in their Sussex office. You will be required for the 16 week preconstruction phase and then a further 80-90 week programme of construction based on site. The hotel is a new build extension above an existing building and will consist of 7 levels of accommodation and associated facilities. For this Senior Planner role, hotel experience would be advantageous but not essential. A solid new build and major projects experience over £25m is essential and you will be able to show consistent and long-term freelance contracts with main contractors. This contract is for potentially 2yrs of stable employment on a freelance basis and a great opportunity to work for a leading construction company on a really interesting project.
