My client is one of the leading Development companies who are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to cover properties and provide an exceptional service to all existing and new customers. The successful candidate will be based in the Nottingham office , you will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of residential properties across the East Midlands . Job Description * Maintain high occupancy across the profile * Process new lettings , lease renewals and rent increases * Undertake check- in /Check out appointments and periodic inspections * Maintain total regulatory compliance and accurate records * Organise maintenance works * IT Literate The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Manager or Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record in managing a portfolio of properties.
