CAD Technician

JN Technical are recruiting an experienced CAD Technician on behalf of a specialist steelwork company who operate within the fabrication, engineering and manufacturing sectors. Applicants must be: ·Proficient in the use of AutoCAD. ·Experienced in the steel or manufacturing industry As the new CAD Technician your key responsibilities are: ·Producing and revising high quality CAD layout drawings ·Liaising with departments to agree design details ·Responding to production queries ·Preparation of production documentation once drawings approved ·Management of multiple projects Skills & Knowledge ·Ability to use AutoCAD, Sigmanest and Steel projects. Tekla experience advantageous ·Able to work methodically and accurately ·Able to produce professional correspondence ·Be able to prioritise work to meet production deadlines ·Strong numeracy and computer skills This is an excellent opportunity for a professional CAD Technician to develop their career within a market leading company
