Senior Architectural Technician

Client Details My client is one of the UK's leading privately owned housebuilder, operating primarily across the Midlands, the North and Scotland. They have recently revamped and upgraded their portfolio, holding nothing back when comes to attention to detail and finishes. Their core market is the second and third time homes buyers and they're expanding at a rate of knots. Description Using Revit, you will be working closely with your colleagues to create the new library of house types for the entire business. This will be a detailing focused role having you produce full working drawings from the models you create, including: plans, sections, elevations, 3D models, electrical layouts, roof plans etc. You will also work closely with 3rd party suppliers, to incorporate key product information into drawings. Profile You will have a an excellent command of Revit and understanding of building detailing across traditional build, timber frame especially. An understanding of building regulations and HSE will also be useful. Ideally you will have experience working on residential projects and have suitable qualifications/experience in Architectural Technology.
