Engineering Technician / Building Services CAD Technician

Building Services / HVAC / Refrigeration Designer / CAD Engineering Technician required by North Leeds based Engineering organisation. This client are a niche provider of product cooling, air conditioning and ventilation systems and they are looking for an experienced CAD Technician with a background in M/E services. They are looking for an experienced Engineering Design Technician who can effectively act as lead draughtsman , managing the drawing office budget, equipment and work load Candidates should have a minimum engineering qualification to HND level , as well as design experience, and the following skills and experience: Working with latest version of AutoCAD for 2D 3D design experience preferred (Revit/CADmep) Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Relevant technical design experience including; Ductwork sizing Pipework sizing Steelwork sizing Use of industry drawing standards Work well within a team with minimal supervision A full UK drivers licence as travel to client sites anywhere in the UK will be required
