Job Description
Unique opportunity for a qualified, experienced Scaffolder with training experience to join an expanding professional training organisation, MKC Training, embedded within The Royal School of Military Engineering in Chatham, Kent.
We are looking to appoint a passionate and committed Scaffolder to instruct military/civilian students in the scaffolding profession. You will have strong communication skills, want to teach others, be IT literate and prepared to extend your own skills and knowledge.
You must be a fully qualified CISRS Scaffolder. A teaching qualification is desirable, however formal training leading to a level 5 teaching qualification for the right candidate will be provided if required.
Candidate requirements:
Fully qualified CISRS Scaffolder, in holding current CISRS Basic Scaffold Inspection, Advanced Scaffolder, Supervisor cards.
Teaching or Instructor qualification (or willing to work towards)
Passionate about passing your skills onto others
Time served scaffolder / construction industry experience
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge and experience of quality assurance and improvement
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation and requirements
