Working Foreman - Carpentry Keplar Group are currently recruiting for a Working Foreman for a new housing development project based in South West London for a Main Contractor. Our client is a multi-faceted Construction Company who have built a reputation of undertaking bespoke building projects at all stages from conception, feasibility and planning through to construction and handover. You will have a dual role between management of sub-contractors and trades, managing day-to-day actives and getting hands on when needed. Future work will include similar projects alongside commercial, educational, retail and hospitality projects. This is a long-term position so candidates will need to have shown longevity in their careers working on projects from inception through to completion. Duties include: Overseeing trades and labour on site Planning day to day works on site Ordering materials Trading architectural and structural drawings Meeting timeframes Ensuring health and safety is met Experience required for this role: Experience as foreman/assistant site manager Worked on High end residential projects Carpentry experience City and guilds/NVQ Carpentry SSSTS preferred Working hours on site will be Monday - Friday 8.00 - 17.00 Possibilities of overtime. Duration will be Ongoing.
