BIM Engineer (Lead) - Madrid, Spain Euro Executive Recruitment has been retained by one of Ireland’s top contractors to recruit an experienced BIM Lead to be based in Madrid. This is a permanent position that offers a very competitive salary with a full European remuneration package that includes: * Free accommodation * 2 flights home per month * Vehicle * Subsistence allowance Duties & Responsibilities: * Responsible for the application of BIM and the Digital Construction procedures at the design, construction and handover stages of the project. * You will be site-based on a construction site. * Work alongside the site-based Engineering team. * Lead and coordinate technicians. * Chair weekly coordination meetings and workshops. * Drive the BIM aspects of the project during meetings on site. * Experience in Architectural and Structural detailing and modelling. Requirements: * 4+ years’ experience in AutoCAD Revit * 5 + years’ experience managing in a site-based role * Relevant qualification Degree in Engineering. * Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications. * Proves a high level of drive, productivity and performance under own mobilisation. * Proficient in use of Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD. * MEP Modelling experience advantageous. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Excellent IT Skills Essential Please contact Sarah Murphy for more information on this role
