Project Manager - RC Frame & Groundworks

PSR Solutions are recruiting for Project Managers to work for a leading RC Frame and Groundwork contractor in London. We are looking for experienced Project Managers and Senior/ Project Engineers who would like to take that next step into project management with the full support and training. Pay will depend on level of experience. Typical type of project would be high rise RC frames, basements and associated groundwork and civil engineering work. Key requirements: Experience working for a rc frame and groundwork contractor on a residential and build project Proven track record of delivering similar projects on time and within budget, evidencing commercial awareness and a driven mentality to keep projects on schedule. Good people skills and motivation of team Attending weekly progress meetings reporting back to senior management Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project Management plans. Resolve technical problems ensuring work is carried out to the correct specification and QA standards. Management of site staff, operatives. Carrying out regular safety, health and environmental inspections and attending health and safety meetingsThe first project start date is in in May 2020.
