Job Description
Our client is an established, independent commercial flooring contractor with a reputation for quality and service. They focus on mid sized projects with values ranging from £15K to £150K incorporating flooring for commercial interior fit-outs. They are looking to employ an experienced, senior commercial flooring contracts manager to handle a steady portfolio of projects with varying values and time scales. Most jobs are in and around London, where you will be working from their office base in Surrey. You will have proven experience in managing all aspects of a commercial flooring install. Managing approved fitters/sub contractors and responsible for all H&S aspects, toolbox talks, variations and sign offs from clients throughout whilst keeping a tight hold on costs, margins and time scales ensure no penalties incurred. You will need to be methodical and organized and have a firm understanding of every project in your control at all times.
