Position: Repairs Manager
Location: Ealing
Duration: 3 Months +
Our clients based in Ealing is looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to delivery a high quality, value for money responsive repairs service, providing leadership to the responsive repairs contract.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Management responsibilities for the day-to-day responsive repair and communal repairs service to residents.
To act as the Contract Manager for the housing repairs and maintenance contract, including in-house service.
To be responsible for liaising with key stakeholder in the delivery of the responsive repairs service, especially Housing Repairs Call Centre, Tenancy Management, Home Ownership, AIT, Regeneration and Residents.
Develop an effective business unity, as part of the Planned Work and Maintenance Team to ensure successful delivery of a high-quality service.
Essential for this position:
Experience of managing a repairs and maintenance service.
Knowledge of repairs and maintenance services.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in building maintenance or similar and must demonstrate continuous professional development.
Ideally must have a relevant professional qualification in surveying or maintenance of similar.
