Job Description
Central Employment are looking for a skilled Technical Coordinator, to join the team at a regional development contractor. Working within the built environment, you will have vast knowledge of design and industry legislation. My client are still relatively new to the industry but are growing at a rapid rate, with huge contracts and more in the pipeline.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with design and engineering teams
* Be involved from the land purchase and lead the developments through to completion.
* Managing the members of the project team, including consultants effectively, providing advice and guidance as required.
* Attending site progress meetings and carry out site inspections.
* Preparing updates on project progress
* Reviewing the designs
Skills & Qualifications
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent design software
* Degree or equivalent in Construction, Design, or Engineering – desirable.
* 2+ years experience in a similar role.
