Commercial Manager (Housing)

This exciting Client-Side role will see the successful candidate taking responsibility for the direct management of the commercial team in a commercial Housing Association. Leading on Project Management processes, cost management and procurement process for all construction contracts, including the financial and delivery monitoring of each project from pre-contract to on site completion. With 4 direct reports this position will suit someone who is keen for the challenges presented by working for one of the countries leading Registered Providers of Housing
