Quantity Surveyor
Our client, a well-known Civil Engineering / groundwork Contractor based in Bedfordshire are looking for a Quantity Surveyor
They operate locally, undertaking groundworks - predominantly in the housing sector.
Due to continued growth they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team of Quantity Surveyors. There is a good mix of ages in the team and you will enjoy working in an open plan office
The role
You will be working as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor on Civil Engineering / Groundwork schemes ranging from £200k - £12m
You will be working mainly on housing schemes - for large, well-known developers
Package - up to £60k

Working for a company who look after their staff - a number have been there for over 10 years

Ground works / civil engineering experience
3 years plus Quantity Surveying experience
You will be able to measure and price from drawings
