Your new role

As a building surveyor you will be working on a permanent full time basis in Wiltshire. As a surveyor you will ensure all repair works on stock are surveyed, specified correctly and delivered on time. As a building surveyor you will have strong contract management skills, liaising with sub-contracts ensuring works are delivered to a high standard and within budget constraints. You will be carrying out minor works on voids and current properties as well as refurbishments to a wide variety of projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful building surveyor you will have excellent customer services skills combined with great construction knowledge to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints and in line with quality standards. The ideal candidates will hold a relevant professional qualification which evidences the appropriate calibre for this role/or substantial relevant experience of carrying out detailed design work for the refurbishment of buildings.
