Senior Facilities Manager for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract position in Southampton

You will be working for a large healthcare organisation based in Southampton on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Your new role
You will be responsible for the development of a facilities management service that can deliver the clients vision and enable the end client to concentrate of their core business. You will be developing the soft and hard FM procedures, and be responsible for budgets and for providing guidance on all Fm related activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be capable of working independently and also be able to manage people. You will have experience in Total Facilities Management and have previously had experience in setting up facilities related processes and procedures
