Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Client is a well Established Builder/Developer whom are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a mixture of residential frameworks across Kent and Sussex. Typical size of project ranges from £5 million to £80 million.

Duties: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to Commercial Manager.
Your typical day to day duties will include -

Procurement
Sub-Contractor comparisons
Tendering
Subcontractors - Processing Invoices & Valuations
Project Cost Plans
Monthly Cash Flow Forecast
Cost Monitoring Reports
Estimating

Requirements: you must be able to successfully demonstrable a previous strong track record of employment and a knowledge of residential new build would be ideal.
