We are working with a local family run business specialising in Groundworks and light Civils projects across Essex. Due to an increase in workload we are looking to recruit a well presented and knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with Groundworks experience to join the surveying team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Estimating for future projects
- Sub-Contractor quotations for projects
- Monthly Applications / Valuations for works
- Pricing and agreeing Project Variations
Desirable Requirements:
- Quantity Surveying Qualification
- Good computer skills and be knowledgeable in using Excel
- Driving License
