As an experienced, dynamic and ambitious Project Construction Manager you will be part of our pro-active Project Team who are responsible for planning, coordination and construction of multi-utility diversions to facilitate the construction of HS2.

Our client is an established name within the water hygiene / legionella industry and is known for providing excellent professional water treatment, water hygiene and legionella services throughout the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced, hard-working, and self-motivated Legionella Remedial Plumber based in and around the Dartford area. The ideal applicant will be a qualified plumber with extensive experience undertaking routine remedial duties. Applications from, South London, Croydon, Crawley, Maidstone, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
Will hold the NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
Experience carrying out routine maintenance, installation, and servicing duties on hot and cold-water systems.
Extensive and varied plumbing experience.
Experience planning and pricing of remedial works.
Proficient in using Microsoft office package.
Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking a wide range of plumbing services including remedial works.
Undertaking TMV servicing duties.
Carrying out tank refurbishments.
Completing checks and signing off all plumbing related works.
Identifying faults and diagnosing the problems appropriately.
Collecting information and producing reports.
Ensure work carried out is in accordance with the relevant health & safety and company procedures.
Building and maintaining a good relationship with the company's mixed portfolio of clients.
Responding to call outs where necessary.
