You will accurately measure PDF drawings using software such as Bluebeam (training will be provided if required), produce tender documents for pricing purposes, which reflect the requirements of the client in accordance with specifications.
Produce detailed soft and hard landscaping bills of quantities ready for submittal.
Identifying areas of risk during the tender process and present them to the Senior Estimator and Managing Director.
Attend Site visits and tender meetings with clients as required.
Chasing clients for updates on our bid submissions.
Maintaining strong and professional working relationships with existing clients and helping to build new relationships with new clients.
Most of your project will be London based (inside M25)
Part home/field based with 1-2 days per week in the office
