Project Manager - Fire / Security

Salary £45k-£55k (depending on experience) + Pension + Vehicle + Benefits.

Location - commutable to the Grays, Essex area.

Role / Opportunity:

• Opportunity to join a well established and growing Building Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical provider based in the South East and head up their Fire and Security division, with the opportunity to develop and grow the division as you want.
• You'll be responsible for the project management and delivery of fire and security contracts. Dealing with access control, cctv, fire alarms and various security solutions.
• Quoting works, managing and training teams of engineers, responsible for H&S etc. etc.
• Working across building services and FM sectors and dealing with high profile commercial and blue chip sites.
• Mainly office based, local to Grays, with flexibility to travel and manage projects throughout various locations.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Ideally you'll have a strong background and experience working within the Fire and Security industry - Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Access Control etc.
• Proven Project Management experience within the industry.
• Strong understanding of fire and security industry compliance and procedures.
• Ideally relevant NSI / industry accreditations.
