Building Control Surveyor

My client are established Corporate Approved Inspectors with an extensive and varied range of clients. Now in existence for 15 years, the company has gained a reputation for ‘excellence’ and has subsequently grown from strength to strength.

Due to the high demand for our services, we are immediately seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Building Control Surveyor to be based within our friendly surveying team in Maidstone, kent.

The position is full time and provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to be an integral part of a growing and successful friendly Company. We have also received confirmation of our CICAIR re-approval for 5 years and have recently renewed accreditation from Investors in People. My client work in both public and private sectors on a mixture of projects.

Ideally applicants will have gained full membership of either RICS, CABE or equivalent qualifications. In addition they will have an extensive knowledge of construction, relevant legislation and the regulatory framework. However, experienced or part qualified applicants working towards a relevant professional qualification will also be considered. A full driving licence will also be required.
