Job Description
Your new role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will carry out a range of professional and project services including working on small to medium size residential and commercial PPM projects, carrying out defect diagnosis investigations, Specifications, Contract Administration, Licences for Alterations, Dilapidations Claims and Insurance reinstatement valuations.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential- MRICS
You will have strong experience working as a core Building Surveyor with a working knowledge of both project and professional work including but not limited to defect analysis, contract administration, Dilapidations etc.
