This role will involve working in a high-volume warehouse facility that requires a hardworking and flexible person to work in a small team. *To be accountable for maintaining a safe working environment; leaving the site/property clean, tidy and free from obstructions.
*To comply with Health & Safety and Waste Management legislation, policy and procedures set out by APS
Candidate Requirements
*Experience of working in a similar role, involving work in stores, driving and yard responsibilities for a minimum of two years, or equivalent experience.
*A knowledge of good practice relating to Health and Safety Regulations and Road Traffic Regulations.
*A Forklift licence (Highly Desirable)
*Full clean driving licence essential
*Basic understanding to notice faults and damage to vehicle.
*Knowledge of Waste Recycling
*Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, verbally, electronically, face to face
*Good understanding of APS's business activities with particular regard to the IT, Health & Safety, Environmental and Equality & Diversity requirements
*Experienced in the safe use of plant, equipment, PPE and can demonstrate the relevant appreciation of Health & Safety and Waste Management Legislation

*Circa £22,000
