We are working with a National Construction Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their North West division. The company are a well established, forward thinking organisation who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors to oversee large projects across the North West.
The company work on a diverse range of projects including Healthcare, Educational, Commercial build, Retail, Mixed Use Residential projects. The schemes they work on range from £3m to £80m in value and they have an extensive pipeline of secured works.
You will be required to have previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with the built environment managing costings and bills of quantities. Ideally you will be RICS accredited and degree qualified although this is not an essential requirement to the role.
Participate in tender handover from estimating department. 2
Ensure adequate LOI or PO in place.
Produce buying schedule in conjunction with PM.
Procure Sub Contract packages, approve sub contract orders ensuring compliance with specification, drawings and employers requirements.
