This is a breathtaking time for my client as they are about to undertake their biggest project thus far since its establishment. The company are at the stage of a rapid growth which is seeing them developing consistently
It is essential that the right candidate is able to operate using their own initiative; the ideal person will also need to have a high level of extensive technical experience in dealing with a range in projects.
Salary depending on experience
You will be assigned to the director of the architecture where you will be managing the responsibility of the project resourcing as well as all the coordination and technical productivity on large projects.
Labouring towards an accurate design and delivery which includes all aspects of consultant, client and contractor liaison and implementing full technical design which include all the drawings and specification.
Essential:
- Experienced with Classical based architecture
- Experience of managing the delivery of production information packages
- Contract administration experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience of working on D&B projects
- Good attention to detail
- Good problem solving capabilities
- Proficiency in the latest version of Vectorwork
- Experience of Revit and/or AutoCAD
- CIAT membership
