Contracts Manager - Permanent - Nottinghamshire Jobs My client, a national Building and Civil Engineering Principle Contractor (turnover circa £230m) is currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join its regional office based in Nottinghamshire. This vacancy has come about due to an increase in workload and repeat business as a business unit. Key Responsibilities: * To manage over multiple projects valued £2m - £10m running concurrently * Schemes will consist of both New Build & Refurbishments projects * Majority of schemes within Commercial, Healthcare, Education & Industrial sectors * Projects typically delivered within a 60mile radius of office. Requirements: * Education to degree level (construction related), desirable but not essential * Experience delivering Design & Build projects * Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) * Committed, Enthusiastic, Strong work ethic, Independent thinker * SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card * (Successful candidate must be willing to complete a DBS check on receipt of job offer) Remuneration & Benefits: * £50,000 - £60,000 + Package, Discretionary Bonus etc. * Company pension (5% non-contribution) * Company car / car allowance scheme * Fuel Card or mileage * An environment where people can develop to their full potential. * First class training and development opportunities. * Childcare voucher scheme To find out more about this vacancy or to enquire about any other similar positions please contact (url removed)
