Contracts Manager - Permanent - Nottinghamshire Jobs My client, a national Building and Civil Engineering Principle Contractor (turnover circa £230m) is currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join its regional office based in Nottinghamshire. This vacancy has come about due to an increase in workload and repeat business as a business unit. Key Responsibilities: * To manage over multiple projects valued £2m - £10m running concurrently * Schemes will consist of both New Build & Refurbishments projects * Majority of schemes within Commercial, Healthcare, Education & Industrial sectors * Projects typically delivered within a 60mile radius of office.
