Building Surveyor Central London £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) + Benefits The Company A world renowned multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy with offices globally, consisting of all variety's property professionals . As a FTSE 100 consultancy, they cover all commercial sectors including; healthcare, education, transport, banking to name a few. All clients are blue chip multi nationals, with project values in the £100's of millions. Over the past few years my client has successful supported and trained numerous Building Surveyors successfully through their APC first time, by offering the support and the correct projects. The Role The right Building Surveyor will join a medium sized team of building surveyors in the city of London. This is a mixed position of Traditional building surveying and Project surveying, and day to day the Building Surveyor will have a wide range of duties including; * Contract Admin and Project Management * Dilapidation and condition surveys * Design, planning and specifications * Expert witness The Person Ideally you will be determined to become a chartered Building Surveyor and also want to work in a consultancy that offers clear progression routes to associate and partner levels. This is proved by a director being their only 10 years. The Building Surveyor will also have; * An RICS accredited * Experience working within a consultancy, in a similar position * Have experience in some of the above duties - full support can be provided * A high degree of communication skills and IT Literacy, as you will be client facing * A Full clean driving license.
